We are pleased to boast about our participation in the Sorrento War Games Convention organized by CASUS BELLI.
Sorrento is a town located on the Gulf of Naples, from where you can admire the view of Mount Vesuvius and Naples lying at its feet. This beautiful place lay, you could say “in the center of events” when Operation Avalanche began on September 9, 1943 – the Allied landing at Salerno. To this day, residents are telling about the extraordinary sight of a huge number of Allied ships in the Tyrrhenian Sea.
This year, during the convention, we tested our newest game “El-Alamein” with its three scenarios. But next year, we will undoubtedly play our game “Monte Cassino”, one scenario of which is the Allied landing on Italian beaches near Salerno.
